PakMed is an absolutely non-profit IT organization
that provides a forum to share computer/internet-aided information and
knowledge in a variety of fields and study subjects, on “no-profit no-loss”
basis, and to develop computer software for medical education and research.
For the first time in Pakistan, PakMed provides scientific information
services for researchers in biological and medical sciences (areas include
medicine, zoology, botany, agriculture, psychology, psychiatry, nutrition,
dietetics, biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology, pharmacy,
pharmacology, toxicology, veterinary medicine, public health, dentistry,
acupuncture, microbiology, pathology, surgery, gynecology, obstetrics,
ophthalmology, etc.).
